In today’s highly competitive society,
the importance of appearance
is being emphasized more and more,
and is even recognized as a strong asset.
People think of their appearance as part of self-improvement
and make efforts,
but
it is not easy to create a face with depth
and build an image.
In particular, the nose
plays a major role in improving
the overall harmony of the face
and a person’s image.
When the tip of the nose is blunt or the bridge is low,
many people look for the best place for rhinoplasty.

The shape and form of the nose
are very important from an aesthetic standpoint as well.
However, rhinoplasty should
be designed on a customized basis,
taking into account each person’s facial type and features.
It is not simply about making the tip sharper
or raising the bridge;
rather, the goal is to create overall harmony
by considering the person’s face shape
and the proportions of the facial features,
so that the nose has an ideal shape.
At Obje Plastic Surgery, a clinic known as a good place for rhinoplasty,
e have summarized the questions that people often ask
when they come in for a consultation about nose surgery.
Nasal congestion after nose surgery!
Did I develop rhinitis?

After nose surgery,
there are cases where the septum is bent
or congestion symptoms occur
even after a normal surgery.
This is often because the mucous membrane is swollen.
Because of swelling in the mucous membrane,
a lot of nasal discharge comes out and the nose feels blocked.
Sometimes, on the contrary,
the nose becomes too dry,
which causes a lot of scabs to form
and leads to blockage.
Do I really need a CT scan before rhinoplasty?

Our clinic does not perform CT scans.
A CT scan is not essential.
The purpose of such imaging
is to look at the structures,
but once surgery begins,
the surgeon can directly see with the eyes
how much septal material there is
and what the structure looks like,
so it cannot be said to be absolutely necessary.
Rather, each time imaging is performed,
radiation exposure occurs,
and if you consult with several hospitals,
your exposure to that radiation can be said to increase.
Do I need to replace silicone every 10 years?

If there are no problems,
there is no need to replace it
even after 10 years or 20 years.
As the nose gets older, inflammatory reactions can occur,
and in practice, swelling or slight mild contracture
may develop.
Because of this, boundaries may become visible
around the silicone,
and in such cases, replacement may be helpful,
but if it does not cause much discomfort,
it cannot be said that replacement is required.
As mentioned earlier,
the nose plays an important role
not only aesthetically
but also functionally.
Therefore, rather than considering only one aspect,
you should choose a place that performs 1:1 customized surgery
by comprehensively considering all factors,
so that the possibility of future problems
can be significantly reduced.
If you have a condition that affects nasal function,
you should also consider ways to address it
through sufficient consultation with the medical staff.
As demand for nose surgery continues to rise,
there are also more people considering revision surgery
due to unsatisfactory results.
At our clinic, known as a good place for rhinoplasty,
our experienced medical staff
carefully consider each patient’s nasal condition and shape
and create a safe and satisfying nose shape,
so if you are considering nose surgery,
please feel free to visit anytime
for a consultation.
