are judged in two ways.
One method targets the two fat pads in the front,
and another method targets the fat in the jaw and cheekbone area at the back.
What you can check yourself is this:
If, when you pinch and pull the cheekbone area,
the pulled area seems to improve quite a bit,
then the signs of aging caused by the two front fat pads are more prominent,
so it is better to target this area.
Or, if pulling upward at the jaw area
improves the peanut-shaped face,
or if lifting upward from the temple area
improves the jaw area,

for the procedure.

focus not on the fat pads
but on the soft tissue or the fascia.
