but also their quality of life.

If there are people who feel especially excited in March,
when the weather is getting a bit warmer,
I think it is probably incoming freshmen
who are adapting to a new environment.
In particular, for those who have just become adults
and are becoming college students,
that excitement is probably beyond words.
As teenagers in high school,
there were things they could not do,
but now that they are old enough
to do them freely,
they will likely want to achieve
one by one the things they have wanted to do.
That is why, during this period, many people visit a plastic surgery clinic
to improve parts of their appearance that they were dissatisfied with.

Among the procedures I most often recommend for first-year college students
are non-incisional double eyelid surgery, eye correction,
or a slight canthoplasty.
I do not particularly recommend incisional procedures
or procedures that involve cutting.
There are various reasons for recommending non-incisional procedures,
but the main one is that they do not leave scars.
In the first semester of freshman year,
you meet many new people.
If you undergo incisional surgery at this time
and the swelling has not fully gone down,
it can inevitably become quite a burden.

Of course, non-incisional procedures can still leave traces of the line (crease)
or the puncture marks,
but because they are not very noticeable when the eyes are closed,
they are naturally less burdensome than incisional procedures.
If the skin is sagging or there is too much fat,
making it unavoidable for the result to loosen,
then of course an incisional approach should be considered.
Otherwise, I strongly recommend a non-incisional procedure.
The same applies to nose surgery.
I only recommend raising the bridge between the eyes to a certain extent,
and procedures that use a scalpel to increase the height
should be considered carefully.

However, as with any surgery,
every decision should be made carefully after 충분한 상담 with the medical staff.
Even if it looks like there is no excess fat or sagging at all,
and you naturally think a non-incisional approach would be better,
it can actually be different once you have a consultation.
The first surgery can stay with you for life depending on how it is done,
so after trying a relatively less burdensome non-incisional eye correction
or non-incisional double eyelid surgery,
if the skin later becomes loose or sags,
I think the best approach is to move to an incisional method.
In particular, with non-incisional methods,
there are many ways to respond if asymmetry or other problems occur,
but once an incisional procedure is done,
it is very difficult to reverse.
Therefore, if this is your first surgery,
please consider all the complex factors carefully
before making your decision.

Today, I explained the reasons why I recommend
non-incisional procedures to those who are preparing for their first plastic surgery.
Having many human relationships is also one lesson in life.
As many people already know,
it is an undeniable fact that appearance plays an important role
in human relationships.
Obje Plastic Surgery Clinic
is led directly by a board-certified plastic surgeon,
providing even higher levels of satisfaction.
We carefully consider, from multiple angles,
the improvement direction desired by the patient,
the individual's anatomical features,
and the medically possible range,
and then guide them to the appropriate surgical method.
I’m sure you have a lot of excitement ahead of the new semester.
