Today, we would like to look at the changes made for "My Name Is Candy," for whom Thank You participated as part of the doctors' team and provided a solution.

For those of you who have not watched it yet,

let us briefly explain the program.

MAKE ME Girl is a makeover solution program for women in their 20s and 30s who are struggling with low self-esteem due to severe complexes and a lack of confidence in their appearance.

At Thank You, we aimed to create a harmonious and beautiful transformation overall, including the face, body line, and skin.

Today, among the various areas, we would like to take a closer look at the changes made to the "nose."

The "nose" was a very important area for the case participant, who dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter,

so we improved not only the aesthetic aspects but also the functional aspects,

helping breathing and vocalization become smoother.

Individual results may vary, and the post-surgery photos may differ from reality depending on the shooting environment. Complications such as inflammation, bleeding, and infection after surgery may occur depending on the individual, so caution is needed.

First, externally,

they had a low and wide-looking nose.

The nose is located at the center of the face and plays an important role in creating a three-dimensional facial appearance.

Therefore, due to the low nose and wide nose,

their overall image felt somewhat flat.

To improve these issues,

we performed bridge augmentation, tip surgery, and bulbous nose correction.

Using silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage,

we corrected the height and shape and also improved the bulbous nose.

By performing the surgery in a moderate way, harmonized with the entire face,

we were able to create a result that added dimension without feeling excessive.

We also improved the functional aspect together.

The 3D-CT scan showed that the case participant had hypertrophic rhinitis.

The inferior turbinate had become enlarged,

narrowing the passage for air to move through and causing discomfort with breathing.

For the case participant, who dreams of becoming a singer-songwriter,

this could have been a fatal drawback, so we improved it through inferior turbinate surgery.

As shown in the image above, the enlarged inferior turbinate was reduced through inferior turbinate surgery,

helping breathing become much more comfortable and allowing vocalization

to improve further.

The case participant also said they felt more comfortable when singing and that the sound had become richer, expressing satisfaction.😊
