“Another Oh Hae-young” used a custom implant to make the bridge balanced and elevated, and at the same time used septal cartilage and donated rib cartilage for the nasal tip to create a slender, lifted nose.

Finally, for the asymmetry of the nostrils, only the left side underwent nostril reduction! This completed a balanced nose.😉
