On May 3, 2026,
at COEX Hall,
the JM team attended the
52nd Spring International Academic Conference and
Advanced Aesthetic Medical Device Expo together.
This conference, attended by
over 4,000 healthcare professionals,
was more than just an opportunity to learn about new
medical trends.
It was also a time to reflect deeply once again on
patient reception and consultation,
the direction of medical services,
and many other aspects of care.

Good care begins with an explanation, too
At Gangnam Station Dermatology JM,
we believe that just as important as a good procedure
is how it is explained and understood.
Because each person’s skin condition,
lifestyle pattern,
sensitivity, and concerns are all different,
the way guidance is provided and the approach taken
must also differ,
even for the same procedure.
At this seminar as well,
there were various training sessions covering not only treatment outcomes,
but also the communication process with patients,
the details of consultations,
and how to build trust.
The JM team also focused especially on this part,
and returned after having many discussions about
more careful guidance and response directions.

Care is not completed by procedures alone.
The tension at the first visit,
the curiosity and anxiety before a procedure,
and even the small changes after care
all need someone to observe and explain carefully.
At Gangnam Station Dermatology JM,
we consider it important that not only the director,
but also the staff,
understand the same standards and direction.
That is why opportunities like these academic conferences and training sessions are not seen as simple attendance,
but as part of the process of thinking together about
what “JM-style care and guidance” means.

JM considers the parts you cannot see, too
Gangnam Station Dermatology JM values
stable treatment flow and delicate communication
more than flashy expressions or excessive change.
Understanding each patient’s skin condition,
explaining and designing the right direction together,
and creating a process that remains comfortable
from the moment of the visit through the period after the procedure.
That is the standard of a good dermatology clinic,
as JM sees it.

Going forward, JM will continue to learn and study steadily
for more stable and refined treatment guidance.
Adding science to beauty.
for your JM
