Shurink Eye Area Lifting｜Review of a Live Seminar at Japan’s SBC Plastic Surgery Clinic

The weather has gotten quite hot~

Recently, we were invited to Japan’s SBC Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic, where we conducted a live seminar on eye area lifting using Shurink (HIFU).

This training focused not simply on a procedure that tightens the skin, but on the concept of inducing structural lifting around the eyebrows and upper eyelids using ultrasound, helping the eyes open more comfortably and appear clearer.

In particular, we discussed with Japanese medical professionals the importance of understanding the anatomical layers and taking a safe approach around the eyes, rather than simply using high energy, as well as practical treatment methods using each tip.

In Japan as well, there seems to be growing interest recently in procedures that make the eyes appear more defined without surgery or create a natural eyebrow-lifting effect, rather than simply treating wrinkles.

Even after the seminar, we were able to continue discussing various approaches to eye area treatments with several Japanese doctors. We also talked about differences between Korean and Japanese treatment styles, making it a truly meaningful time.

As I always feel, seeing the interest from overseas in Korea’s aesthetic medicine and treatment expertise makes us very grateful and fulfilled.
