Seocho-gu Office Expands Free Influenza Vaccination Eligibility

Today, we’ve brought a small piece of news for Seocho-gu residents.

It seems that more and more people around us are struggling with the flu lately.

Everyone knows that getting a flu shot in advance is the best way to prevent it, right?

As the number of flu patients increases in Seocho-gu,

free influenza vaccinations will be expanded for employees at Seocho-gu public infant and toddler childcare facilities and welfare facilities for seniors.

Support will be provided for one dose of the quadrivalent influenza vaccine,

so if you have not yet received this vaccine, it may be a good idea to take advantage of this opportunity. ☺️

However, please note that those who have already been vaccinated are excluded from the support eligibility.

Who is eligible for the free influenza vaccination?

This applies to employees working at Seocho-gu public infant and toddler childcare facilities and welfare facilities for seniors.

Please note that this applies only to Seocho-gu public facilities! (City-run and private facilities are excluded.)

Vaccination period and vaccination locations?

The program will run from Wednesday, January 15, 2025 to Wednesday, April 30, 2025, so eligible individuals should receive the vaccination within the period.

For vaccination locations, please visit a contracted medical institution in Seocho-gu.

Also, before visiting a medical institution, please check whether influenza vaccination is available there.

The cost is free until vaccine supplies run out, and please remember to bring your ID as required!
