These days, short-form videos with a quick and impactful style, such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, are becoming extremely popular. It seems that more people are watching short-form videos than long-form content.

In line with this trend, Seocho-gu has prepared a contest that can introduce the district in a fun and meaningful way.

As part of the "2025 Seocho Music & Art Festival" hosted by the Seocho Cultural Foundation, a short-form video contest capturing the charm of the "Go-Teo·Sebitseom Tourism Special Zone" is now underway.

The Go-Teo·Sebitseom Tourism Special Zone, which stretches from Seoul Express Bus Terminal to Sebitseom, is a special space where transportation, culture, and nature are in harmony. With Sebitseom overlooking the Han River, Goto Mall offering trendy shopping, and a variety of cafes and cultural spaces, it is a landmark that provides city-center healing for both citizens and travelers. To highlight the appeal of this Go-Teo·Sebitseom Tourism Special Zone together with the public, we are holding this short-form video contest.

Anyone (individuals or teams)

✅ Video Topic

Introduce your own route within the Go-Teo·Sebitseom Tourism Special Zone (restaurants, walks, exhibitions, etc.)

✅ Video Length

30~60 seconds

✅ Video Format

• Create a vertical video within 3–60 seconds that introduces your own route (course) by connecting 3 or more locations within the Go-Teo·Sebitseom Tourism Special Zone (Seoul Express Bus Terminal ~ Sebitseom section)

• The content may be presented freely in formats such as vlog, advertisement, song, dance, and more, as long as it conveys the theme

• Must include promotional content for the festival’s representative event, the <Seocho Music & Art Festival>
