Wegovy Diet Review -13kg Before/After Photos Revealed (Pani Bottle, Kim Jun-ho)

I successfully lost a total of -13kg over two months with Wegovy.

Wegovy dosage and administration method

Wegovy consists of a total of 5 dosage levels.

0.25mg / 0.5mg / 1.0mg / 1.7mg / 2.4mg

It starts with the initial dose (0.25mg),

and the dose is increased every 4 weeks.

 A self-injection once a week,

and each pen can be used for a total of 4 doses.

up to the maximum dose of 2.4mg.

Wegovy changes after 2 months

1. Able to stay active even on an empty stomach

In the past, if I had gone without breakfast,

I would have felt dizzy and collapsed,

but thanks to Wegovy, I was stable.

2. Excellent appetite control effect

The desire for late-night snacks, binge eating, and sweet foods

has noticeably decreased.

3. Improved lifestyle habits through exercise and diet

"Wegovy is not a magic injection that simply makes you lose weight."

It is a medication that helps improve lifestyle habits by correcting your body’s rhythm

through exercise and dieting together.

 But it is not a medication that can be taken carelessly

just because it is famous.

You must consult a doctor and receive a detailed diagnosis,

adjust the dosage according to your health condition,

Before/after diet photos revealed 83kg → 70kg

When compared in photos, the change is clearly noticeable.

With Wegovy, I also combined exercise and diet,

made evening runs a habit,

and managed cheat days in a planned way.
