What Happens When 10 Dermatology Clinic Directors Get Together (feat. Sushiya Dosan-daero Branch)

Hello.

I’m Oh Gana, a dermatologist with 16 years of experience.

I recently introduced one of my favorite sushi restaurants on Threads, and judging by the comments...

there are really a lot of people who are serious about sushi. ^^

So I’ll briefly introduce them here as well.

• Sushiin: Run by Chef Lee Jin-wook, a sushi genius. It operates as a membership-only place, so reservations are not easy.

• Sushiya Dosan-daero Branch: The Sushiya I’m featuring today.

• Sosuhun: A quiet, peaceful atmosphere created by renovating a cultural property. Famous for Korean-style omakase.

And one of the three places I introduced,

‘Sushiya Dosan-daero Branch’

this time I visited with the directors of Oganacell.

It started in Bundang and moved to Dosan-daero,

and is now run by Chef Lee Jeong-woon.

It is an omakase restaurant whose appeal lies in the seasonal neta.

The course that day included special grilled fish such as mekikari,

along with a variety of sushi,

and it was a meal that paired well with wine.

The purpose that day was not simply to have a delicious meal, but to share each other’s experiences.

Directors from each branch gathered

to share treatment know-how and real cases.

In the end, what matters is better results and better service.

It was a meaningful time spent freely discussing those possibilities.

Because of exchanges like this, I think Oganacell’s philosophy becomes stronger.

So no matter which branch you visit, you can experience the same
