Hello,
I am Oh Gana, a board-certified dermatologist with 16 years of experience.

Since I recently introduced UltraClear,
I have been getting a lot of questions about this device
in the clinic.
I keep hearing that people around them say it is good,
can I expect results on my skin too?
Today, I’ll talk about UltraClear’s features and
the key points you should know before starting.
UltraClear
Let me be realistic
After introducing the device, I held several demos,
and I reviewed both my own experience and patient feedback.
There may be a slight stinging sensation during the procedure,
and in some cases the skin may feel rough for a few days.
(This can be a natural reaction that appears during the regeneration process,
so there is no need to worry too much.)

In the United States, it is sometimes called a “lunchtime procedure,”
but
Korean skin can be more sensitive to pigment reactions,
so I take a slightly more cautious approach.
(Of course, there are also people who have almost no downtime.^^)
The reason I chose UltraClear
The reason I introduced this device is
because its beam quality is extremely excellent.

Conventional fractional lasers had problems such as
it being hard to be sure whether they were delivered exactly to the desired depth,
or causing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from heat damage,
but
these issues have been greatly improved.
Why UltraClear is different:
Because its range of adjustment is wide
UltraClear uses a different energy delivery method,
so it can be delivered precisely to the desired depth.
With a total of six modes, it can be adjusted broadly,
from surface care to deep scars.

① 3D Miracle Mode (Clear Mode)
A lunchtime mode that delicately refines the skin surface
② Clear Plus Mode
A mode that can reach a depth of 40–100 microns
③ Ultra Mode
Collagen remodeling (50–1500 microns)
④ Ultra Clear Mode
Saves time by delivering both Clear and Ultra modes simultaneously
⑤ Laser Coring Mode
A mode used to improve fine lines and deep wrinkles
⑥ Surgical Mode
A mode suitable for deep scars such as ice pick scars
In this way, from surface care to deep scars,
a variety of approaches are possible with one device.
The biggest advantage is that treatment can be customized for each patient.
The most important thing is ‘who performs it’

UltraClear is
a premium device that is close to Ferrari-level.
However, even if the device is good,
results do not automatically become better.
Results vary depending on factors such as skin type, pigment risk, and which mode is used.
That is why, even with the same device, the judgment of an experienced
medical professional is more important than anything else.
Wrapping up the UltraClear introduction..

UltraClear is
a device whose quality clearly stands out even among the lasers I have used over the past 8 years.
The better the device, the more important it is to combine precise diagnosis
with individualized planning for better results.
