[Rhinitis Surgery + Hump Nose Correction + Crooked Nose Correction]

Hello. This is Director Yoon Hyun-cheol of N+Plus.
In today’s surgery review, the patient in the before-and-after nose surgery photos had a nose that looked crooked from the front and a hump from the side.
In many cases, you may not remember it, but when the cause is trauma, a crooked nose and a hump are often accompanied.

In cases of a crooked nose or hump caused by trauma like this, there are many cases where not only the visible appearance but also internal nasal septal deviation and internal nasal valve narrowing are accompanied, leading to complaints of nasal congestion.
This patient also had septal deviation and internal nasal valve narrowing, so functional surgery and hump nose surgery and crooked nose surgery were performed together.

The curved septum inside was corrected, and the remaining septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used to lift the drooping nasal tip. Then the hump was shaved down and osteotomy was performed, correcting the crooked nose and removing the hump, as shown in the before-and-after nose surgery photos.
