Hello. I’m Director Yun Hyun-cheol of A+ Plastic Surgery.
Among many rhinoplasty cases, the patient in the before-and-after male rhinoplasty case above had a hump nose.
A CT scan and endoscopy showed that they also had a deviated septum.
In many cases, a deviated septum like this is caused by trauma.

As in the before-and-after male rhinoplasty case photo, this is not simply a hump nose surgery that corrects the hump on the outer nose and lifts the drooping tip through tip plasty.
The crooked septum inside should also be straightened so that the functional aspect of breathing through the nose is considered during surgery.

In addition, the area between the eyebrows was raised by about 3 mm with a silicone implant to create a straight nasal bridge line and add a more masculine look.
If you have a hump nose caused by trauma, as in this before-and-after male rhinoplasty case, I recommend checking whether there are any functional issues with the nose and then having surgery for both at the same time.
