Hello. This is An+.
Finding a nose like mine!
This case is a hump nose surgery case with a lot of fat at the tip of the nose.
In this patient’s case, the nose had a lot of fat, so it looked broad and blunt, and because it was very spread out,
it was injured in an accident when the patient was young, so the bridge of the nose was not smooth, and it protruded, making it look uneven,
and the patient was worried about a strong impression because the image of the entire face was concentrated on the nose.

The surgical method used for this patient’s hump nose was
osteotomy + silicone for the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nose tip,

The surgery removed the lateral and medial humps, and because the nose tip was blunt,
fat removal was included and the cartilage height was increased, with a columellar strut inserted.
In this patient, the septal cartilage was small and weak, so surgery was performed to support the nose tip with ear cartilage.
A 3 mm silicone implant was inserted into the nasal bridge.
In this case, it was a typical hump nose correction, and the surgery was completed in about one hour,
and the patient was also satisfied with the result.

The key point of hump nose surgery is
how perfectly the hump is removed.
During surgery, if the hump is not removed neatly,
or if bone fragments produced when removing the hump form callus, the hump may
appear to have recurred.
In the end, the key is to remove the hump cleanly from the beginning.
An+ accurately analyzes the cause and type of hump nose, and through 3D-CT and
additional endoscopic imaging, precisely identifies the size of the hump that needs to be removed before proceeding with surgery, which leads to high satisfaction.
Thank you.
