hump nose correction + osteotomy + silicone bridge implant + ear cartilage for the tip + rhinitis surgery (septal deviation correction, nasal valve stenosis correction).

The deviated septum was corrected with minimal resection, and both lateral and medial osteotomies were performed.

A 3.5 mm silicone implant was inserted into the bridge, and to make the tip slimmer, subcutaneous fat was removed. However, because the patient’s septal cartilage was small and weak,

it could not be used, so it was replaced with cartilage from both ears. After inserting the columellar cartilage, cartilage suturing was used to firmly fix the tip.
