For the lower part of the nose, the volume of the tip was reduced through repositioning of the tip cartilage, and a small amount of fat was also removed.

As the nose tip is lifted, the base area of the nose is also lifted along with it. As a result, when viewed from below, the wide triangular shape becomes more compact and the nose tip appears more defined.
