Correction of a loosened double eyelid line

This refers to cases where the double eyelid line has become faint, thin, or disappeared.

If the line has loosened after an embedding method at our clinic, full incision is not necessary,

and the line can be recreated with the partial incision method.

Rather than a pure embedding method, we create double eyelids with the partial incision method (quick double eyelid).

The difference is that the embedding method has the disadvantage of loosening easily,

so we perform the procedure with the partial incision method to compensate for that.

By minimizing the partial incision to about 2 mm, we have differentiated it from other partial incision methods.

With a method that makes very small incisions of about 2 mm in each area,

With the partial incision method, tissue exudate is drained directly through the incision openings,

so swelling and bruising are reduced more than with any other method, which is a major advantage.
