Through an incision made below the eyelashes, sagging skin and fat under the eyes are removed, and the loose skin is pulled and sutured at the outer corner of the eye to improve age-related changes under the eyes. By removing protruding fat under the eyes, the procedure can also have the effect of dark circle surgery, and by fixing the stretched muscle to the fascia, it can also provide the effect of wrinkle removal surgery under the eyes.

If there is excessive under-eye fat due to aging or congenital factors, under-eye fat removal can brighten the area under the eyes. Bulging fat under the eyes can cause dark circles or deep wrinkles, making the face look dark and dull. By removing under-eye fat through a conjunctival incision on the inside of the lower eyelid, the under-eye area can be smoothed and the overall impression can be brightened.

If the under-eye fat is excessive or insufficient, or if the fat under the eyes is bulging, under-eye fat repositioning can be used to redistribute the fat appropriately. Fat is repositioned through a minimal conjunctival incision on the inside of the eyelid, removing the bulging fat and restoring the aegyo-sal, allowing correction to a youthful and bright, rejuvenated eye shape.
