If you look closely, you can see 1. the fat that protrudes under the eyes.

When the fat bulges outward, it alone can create an impression of looking older.

Dark circles are a combination of various factors.

In cases like this, the dark feeling caused by shadow is improved by flattening the area through fat repositioning, so that no more shadow is cast and the area looks brighter.

Lastly, the third point: 3. visible blood vessels can be seen.

Do you see the area with a pinkish tone around the protruding fat?

This is a case where blood vessels that would normally not be visible are showing through.

In such cases, if pressure is distributed neatly during fat repositioning, the area can become much brighter.

The fat is distributed evenly, harmonized with the surrounding tissue, and the volume is adjusted.

After surgery, the under-eye area becomes smoother and more voluminous, which can produce an overall more youthful effect.

The advantages of the surgery are that it can produce natural results and, rather than simply removing fat, it repositions the fat to adjust under-eye volume, so more satisfying results can be expected.

In addition, the recovery period after surgery is relatively short, scarring is not visible, and the surgery can fundamentally solve problems such as dark circles and hollow under-eyes, which is also a major advantage.

However, as with all surgeries, there are risks and side effects with male under-eye fat repositioning surgery as well.

Swelling, bruising, and pain may occur after surgery, and in rare cases, problems such as infection, bleeding, or uneven fat distribution may arise.
