Recently, a female patient in her 20s visited our clinic.

She had successfully lost weight, but during that process, the skin on her face rapidly sagged and lost elasticity.

Solution: Combination of double chin contouring and mini facelift

After carefully diagnosing the patient’s condition, we concluded that double chin contouring along with a mini facelift would be the optimal solution.

• removal of fat on the inner side of the platysma
• liposuction of fat on the outer side of the platysma
• partial resection of the submandibular gland
• partial resection of the digastric muscle
• tightening the central platysma muscle in the double chin area
• pulling and tightening the outer muscles on both sides of the double chin (platysma)
