Which Korean Dental Hospital Has Been Recognized by Global Companies Like L'Oréal, 3M, and Vinmec?

In 2023 as well, interest from global companies continued. Executives including the vice president of L'Oréal Group headquarters, Vinmec, the medical division of Vingroup—often called 'Vietnam's Samsung' and a company with annual sales of 100 trillion KRW—the head of oral solutions at 3M, and the head of VITA Asia at the German company with a 100-year history, all visited Minish Dental Hospital in person.

L'Oréal

In June 2023, 15 employees, including a vice president, from L'Oréal’s headquarters in France visited Minish Dental Hospital. L'Oréal is a global beauty company with a total of 38 brands, including Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, and Biotherm, and is a giant enterprise with a market capitalization of 380 trillion KRW.

Director Kang Jung-ho gave a presentation to L'Oréal executives introducing the philosophy and technology of Minish Dental Hospital. In particular, after the presentation, the Q&A session continued so actively that it went beyond the scheduled time, drawing great interest and a strong response.

The L'Oréal executives also showed deep interest in the tooth anti-aging effects of Minish Dental Hospital and its 'one-day system,' expressing surprise.

During the discussions that followed, attention focused especially on materials. L'Oréal also began as a company that developed hair dye to minimize hair damage, and Minish Dental Hospital likewise has the common point of restoring damaged teeth with materials that have properties most similar to natural teeth.

Based on this shared philosophy, the two companies deepened their mutual understanding regarding material selection, systems, and sustainability, and continued meaningful discussions.

Vinmec

In early 2023, VINMEC, the medical subsidiary of Vietnam’s VIN Group, visited Minish Dental Hospital. Vinmec is one of Vietnam’s leading medical centers and a global medical institution with a status and medical capability comparable to Samsung Medical Center in Korea.

VINMEC medical staff constantly research around the world to introduce advanced medical systems. Through these efforts, the treatment philosophy and system of Minish Dental Hospital aligned perfectly with Vinmec’s direction.

After directly experiencing the latest dental technology and the unique system of Minish Dental Hospital, Vinmec medical staff signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation.

Although Vinmec is located in Hanoi, it is a medical institution frequently visited by global patients, so it is expected that Minish treatment will become widely known not only among local Vietnamese patients but also among overseas patients.

3M

3M is a representative global manufacturing company in the United States. It develops not only electrical products, multipurpose adhesives, and low-density abrasives, but also researches, develops, and supplies dental materials such as blocks and dental adhesives, which are widely used around the world.

At the request of Karim Mansour, the president in charge of oral care solutions at 3M’s headquarters, 3M’s visit to Minish Dental Hospital was arranged.

President Mansour personally toured the laboratory research center and various parts of the hospital facilities to observe how Minish Dental Hospital operates. He said he was especially impressed after hearing explanations about the Minish Academy, the MMC (Minish Members Clinic) operating system, and the materials and advanced equipment used.

In particular, the 'Minish Block' used exclusively at Minish Dental Hospital is even more meaningful because VITA, with more than 100 years of history, is the second company in the world to apply a partner company’s brand to a brand block.

VITA and Minish Technology held a meeting at VITA headquarters in July 2024 and agreed to strengthen cooperation for mass production of the second-generation exclusive Minish Block.

At this meeting, VITA highly valued the clinical cases of full-mouth restoration with Minish, a tooth restoration solution, and deeply agreed on the need for a more advanced second-generation Minish Block.

VITA’s affection for Minish Block is especially strong. In 2017, when VITA Chairman Emanuel Rauter visited the Minish Laboratory Research Institute, he personally examined restorations made with Minish Block and expressed deep admiration, saying, “I can’t believe it can be processed so precisely.” In recognition of this technology, the Minish Laboratory Research Institute was designated as VITA’s certified laboratory—the first outside Europe and the only one in Asia.

Annette, the head of R&D at VITA, visited Minish Dental Hospital in May 2023, and the two companies continue to maintain close cooperation. In particular, Minish Dental Hospital and VITA are continuously developing their partnership based on mutual trust and respect, while jointly exploring more innovative dental treatment solutions.
