A dentist rated among the top tiers in Japan’s Invisalign field personally chose Minish in Korea. He is the chairman of a medical corporation that includes an Invisalign Red Diamond Provider and is also an active practicing dentist.

The main figure is Chairman Hayashizaki of Hanshokai Medical Corporation, representing Japan’s Kanto region. Since opening in 2007, he has grown the organization into a large dental corporation with 5 dental clinics, 33 dentists, and about 170 staff members, and he is also well known in Japan’s Invisalign industry.

He said after Minish, “The moment I looked in the mirror, I felt as if I had been reborn as a different person.”
First encounter with Minish
Chairman Hayashizaki’s connection with Minish dates back to April 2024. As part of a delegation from Funai Consulting Institute, known as one of Japan’s top four consulting firms, he visited Korea to inspect innovative companies and toured Minish Dental Hospital along with Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor, and Naver.

At the time, he focused on Minish’s ultra-precision processing technology and its clinical big data-based system. He assessed it as “a technology that is fully competitive in the Japanese market” and planned to introduce Minish step by step to clinics under the group.

In November of the same year, he completed the Minish course for Japanese doctors and became the first Japanese dentist to introduce Minish at Ojima Dental. In 2025, he showed such strong interest that he sent about 20 Japanese dentists to the Minish course held in Korea.
After the introduction, and his own choice
Since Minish was introduced in December 2024, the response from patients in Japan has exceeded expectations. Chairman Hayashizaki said, “Some patients shed tears of joy after Minish,” and added, “Seeing that made me want to introduce Minish to even more people.”

After fully understanding and experiencing Minish, he came to Korea in September 2025, this time to choose Minish for himself. Hanshokai Medical Corporation also has top-level expertise in Invisalign. As of 2024, it recorded 1,178 Invisalign cases annually, and the person in charge was selected as a “Top Provider” at the Asia-Pacific Summit, an honor received by only a very small number of Japanese dentists.
Why did an Invisalign expert choose Minish?

Why did an Invisalign expert choose Minish? As an Invisalign expert, he knew better than anyone that orthodontic treatment alone makes it difficult to change both the color and shape of teeth.
His teeth had several combined issues, including discoloration and staining, color changes in resin from past cavities, enamel wear, the aesthetic limitations of previous crowns, and more. For these reasons, he chose Minish.

After Minish, he said, “The one-day process felt incredibly fast, and there was almost no pain,” and added, “The moment I looked in the mirror, I naturally smiled.” He continued, “I thought I wanted to show these teeth directly to my Japanese patients.”
Chairman Hayashizaki said that going forward, “I want to serve as a bridge connecting dental care in Korea and Japan,” and added that he wants to “present the advantages of Minish as one option for Japanese patients as well.”
