You do not have to be a celebrity or influencer.

The Real Model Program is recruiting applicants in four areas:

eyes, nose, youthful appearance, and petite procedures.

From double-eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty to anti-aging procedures,

anyone with a concern they have been considering

can apply for any procedure.

If you are interested in two or more areas,

you may also apply for multiple areas at the same time.

Anyone aged 19 or older

is eligible to apply.

No special qualifications are required,

but there is a preferred qualification.

Applicants should be comfortable with photo and video shoots!

Those who can publicly share their changes and the process

before and after surgery are eligible.

If you are familiar with social media or filming environments,

we believe the program may be an even better fit for you.

Applications for the Real Model Program proceed in four steps.

After you apply through the website,

the hospital will review your application.

Step 2

[Individual Notification for Successful Applicants]

Applicants who pass the review

will be contacted individually.

Step 3

[In-Person Consultation]

Visit the hospital for a one-on-one personalized consultation with a director.

Step 4

[Final Selection as a Real Model]

Following the consultation,

the final Real Model selection will be made.

The Real Model Program is recruiting on an ongoing basis,

so you can apply at any time

without a separate application deadline.
