If a tooth is severely loose,

it may mean that the tooth root has fractured

or that the jawbone around the gums

The teeth in the mouth are

1. Oral photo analysis

The front teeth are called the anterior teeth,

and the molars are called the posterior teeth.

In this case, the remaining anterior teeth

have severe cavities,

and some teeth are broken or missing.

Also, food debris is getting trapped

in the broken gaps,

causing severe bad breath and pain,

and appears to be causing inflammation in the gums.

In such cases,

because there is no healthy area on the left, right, upper, or lower sides,

a person may end up relying mostly on the left side

to perform chewing function,

and now strain may also be placed on the temporomandibular joint.

As such, the problems that appear in the mouth

do not end with just one issue being wrong,

but can lead to a chain of other problems.

2. Panoramic X-ray

At Sadang Station Dental Clinic,

if multiple problems are present,

we take X-rays

and examine even areas that cannot be seen with the naked eye.

We need to check whether there are any remaining root fragments

in missing-tooth areas,

and even if a tooth is present,

whether inflammation has developed at the root tip,

in order to make an accurate diagnosis. It is also necessary to determine, depending on the depth of the cavity,

whether conservative treatment should be performed

through root canal treatment and a crown,

and if it is judged that the tooth cannot be saved,

extraction followed by an implant should be used
