When a cavity develops, many people assume it is always black,

1. What is ICON Resin?

A minimally invasive infiltration treatment resin

that helps prevent the progression of early caries

and removes white spots without cutting the tooth

It can block the progression of cavities without grinding down or significantly cutting the natural tooth,

and has the advantage of treating white spots in a conservative yet aesthetically pleasing way.

2. How ICON Works

At the Seoul National University Entrance Station dental clinic,

harmful acid (H) components that cause caries

penetrate the enamel,

minerals (Ca, P) are lost,

and the inside of the enamel becomes a porous structure.

And the carious area with this porous structure

appears as a white spot through light reflection.
