The case shown today at Sadang Dental Clinic

had very poor oral hygiene,

and the remaining teeth were also in a state that made stable maintenance difficult.

Even visually, there was not only gingival recession,

but also a large amount of plaque and calculus buildup,

which was pressing on the gums.

Inflammation around those areas

and substantial alveolar bone loss

appeared to have progressed quite extensively as well.

and no longer present.

It is likely that, as with the lower jaw,

they were lost after becoming loose due to

severely advanced chronic periodontitis.

As the overall supporting foundation became much weaker,

they probably ended up loosening and falling out.

Looking at the remaining teeth in this Sadang Dental Clinic case,

we planned to preserve and use the six lower anterior teeth.
