However, teeth that were initially straight and clean can develop gaps over time, or the color of the restorations may begin to look different from that of the surrounding teeth.

Rather than simply whitening the teeth or increasing their size to fill the spaces, we focused on redesigning the natural shape of the anterior teeth while considering the shape and proportions of each tooth and the balance between the left and right sides.

Because the left and right teeth were positioned symmetrically, we created the Realenate restorations while checking that both sides were balanced with each other, rather than using the shape of only one side as a reference.

We considered not only the width and length of the crowns, but also the position of the incisal edges, the spaces between the teeth, and the contours that connect with the adjacent teeth.

This allowed the overall line of the front teeth to look natural, resulting in a very high level of patient satisfaction.
