U&I Clinic Hongdae Sinchon Branch, where we stay together for a long time.

Hello.

This is U&I Clinic Hongdae Sinchon Branch.

We had been treating patients for a long time near Sinchon Station,

and recently we expanded and relocated

near Hongik University Station.

Although the location has changed,

many of the people who trusted us and visited us over the years

have continued to come in regularly

even after we moved near Hongik University Station.

How grateful we feel for that trust

every time we finish seeing patients and look back on the day.

We sincerely thank you.

“Why do they keep coming for so long?”

When I think about it,

each person may have a different reason,

but at the center of it all, there has always been ‘people.’

Perhaps many people keep coming to us

because of the doctors who have worked with us for so long.

This year, our Hongdae Sinchon branch

is celebrating its 10th year since opening.

Among them, one doctor has worked with me

for as long as 8 years,

and the other doctors

have also stayed with us for many years.

In times like these,

medical staff staying in one place for a long time

is itself a major factor of trust, I think.

The more doctors there are who stay with us for a long time,

the higher the quality of care patients receive.

Because we can understand each patient’s skin changes,

treatment history,

and even lifestyle patterns,

we are able to provide care based not on a one-time procedure,

but on a long-term, personalized plan.

For example,

“I want my face to look more slim.”

“I want my skin texture to be smoother.”

When you share concerns like these,

we discuss together and suggest the most suitable combination

among various procedures such as Botox, lifting, and lasers.

Since everyone has a different face shape and skin type,

and different lifestyle habits and budgets,

just because something worked well for someone else

does not mean it will automatically be good for me as well.

Finding and receiving the truly ‘customized procedure’

that fits each person’s face

is the most effective approach.

This part is a bit unfortunate..

As care accumulates and relationships continue like this,

our repeat patient rate has reached 80–90%.

The fact that patients keep coming back

must mean they are satisfied and trust us that much.

That is why we

limit the number of patients we can see each day.

Sometimes first-time visitors tell us

that it is difficult to make an appointment,

and every time that happens, we feel truly sorry.

However, in order to provide consistent and stable care

to the patients who have already been with us for a long time,

we hope you will understand that this is an unavoidable choice.

We are not simply aiming for

‘good procedures.’

Rather than that, we want to create care

that can continue for a long time with good people.

In that sense, the Hongdae Sinchon branch

cherishes the value of ‘being together for a long time’

and is striving to protect that value.

Fortunately,

doctors and the head managers who share the same mindset as I do

have been staying by our side and maintaining this place for a long time.

These are our family members who have been with us for a long time^^

The 10 years we built at Sinchon Station,

we now hope to build them even more closely

in this new space called Hongik University Station.

With the mindset of starting from the beginning again,

but with stronger experience and conviction than before,

we will continue to provide honest and warm care.
