Introduction to Hongdae Sinchon Branch

Hello.

This is You&I Clinic Hongdae Sinchon Branch.

After providing care near Sinchon Station for a long time, we recently expanded and relocated near Hongik Univ. Station.

Although the location has changed, many people who trusted us and visited for years have continued coming after we moved near Hongik Univ. Station.

Every day, when I finish seeing patients and look back on the day, I feel just how grateful I am for that.

“Why have people kept coming for so long?”

When I think about it, each person may have their own reason, but at the center of it all, there has always been “people.”

Perhaps many of you continue coming to us because of the doctors who have worked with us for so long.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of our Hongdae Sinchon Branch since opening.

Among them, one doctor has worked with me for as long as 8 years, and the other doctors have also stayed with us for many years.

In times like these, I think medical staff staying in one place for a long time is itself a major factor of trust.

The more doctors who stay together over the long term, the higher the quality of care patients receive.

Because we can understand a patient’s skin changes, procedure history, and even lifestyle patterns,

we can provide care that is not just a one-time treatment, but a long-term customized plan.

For example,

“I want my face to look slimmer.” “I want my skin texture to be smoother.”

If you tell us about concerns like these, we will think together about the most suitable combination from among various procedures such as Botox, lifting, and laser treatments, and recommend it to you.

Since each person has a different face shape and skin type, as well as different habits and budgets, just because something worked well for someone else does not mean it will be right for you.

Finding the treatment that is truly tailored to your own face and receiving that is the most effective approach.

This is a bit of a sorry point, but..

As treatments build up and relationships continue like this, our repeat patient rate reaches 80–90%.

When people keep coming back, it means they are satisfied and trust us that much.

That is why we limit the number of patients we can see each day.

Sometimes first-time visitors tell us that it is difficult to make a reservation, and every time that happens, I feel very sorry.

However, if we want to provide consistent and stable care to the patients who have already stayed with us for a long time, please understand that this is an unavoidable choice.

We are not simply aiming for “good procedures.”

Rather, we want to create care that allows us to stay with good people for a long time.

In that sense, Hongdae Sinchon Branch values the importance of “staying together for a long time,” and we are working to protect that value.

Fortunately, doctors and managers who share the same mindset as I do have been staying by this side for many years.

Ten years of experience built at Sinchon Station, and now we hope to build on it even more carefully in this new space near Hongik Univ. Station.

With the mindset of starting again from the beginning, but with stronger experience and conviction than before, we will continue providing honest and warm care.
