Postoperative Precautions

After nose surgery, the tape or splint on the bridge of the nose should not be removed by yourself,

It must be removed at the hospital.

Bruising may sometimes occur, and it usually disappears after about 2 to 3 weeks. Until the bruising has completely disappeared, wear a hat or apply sunscreen to help prevent pigmentation.

Also, for up to about 4 weeks, avoid applying physical force to the nose, and it is best to start wearing glasses only after 4 weeks.

Alcohol and smoking slow wound healing,

so please avoid them if possible; if unavoidable, they are allowed starting one month later.
