Post-Treatment Precautions
Please be sure to follow these guidelines after laser treatment⚠️
Aftercare tips to enhance treatment results and reduce side effects
Hello 🙂
This is J-Feel Clinic.
After laser treatment, the skin may temporarily become sensitive,
and warmth, redness, or dryness may occur.

Because care during this period can affect
recovery speed and skin condition,
today we have compiled the precautions you should know after laser treatment✨
Redness and warmth after treatment are natural reactions
After laser treatment,
the following symptoms may temporarily occur:
✔ Warmth
✔ Redness (flushing)
✔ Pain
✔ A feeling of tightness

These symptoms usually gradually improve within 2–4 days,
but recovery speed may vary depending on the individual condition of the skin.
👉 In such cases, gentle cold compresses may be helpful.
Your skin is more sensitive than you may expect after treatment
After laser treatment, the skin barrier is temporarily weakened,
so it is important to minimize irritation.
In particular, for about three days after treatment,
❌ Alcohol-containing toners and skin lotions
❌ Irritating cosmetics
should be avoided.

For about one week, it is also best to avoid products that may irritate the skin, such as:
❌ Peeling products
❌ Brightening functional topical products
❌ Scrub products
Moisturize “sufficiently,” not necessarily “a lot”💧
After laser treatment,
moisture in the skin may evaporate quickly,
which can make the skin drier than usual.
During this period,
it is important to moisturize sufficiently with products such as:
✔ Moisturizing cream
✔ Recovery cream
✔ Soothing mask

In particular, moisturizing and soothing care is more helpful for recovery
than massages that involve rubbing the skin🙂
Take a short break from saunas, exercise, and alcohol
If the skin becomes hot after treatment,
redness and irritation may persist for longer.

Therefore, for about one week,
it is best to avoid activities that can cause facial warmth, such as:
❌ Saunas
❌ Strenuous exercise
❌ Alcohol
If scabs form, never remove them by force
Depending on the type of treatment,
small scabs may form.

Since this is part of the skin regeneration process,
🚫 Do not remove or scratch them with your hands.
Wait until they fall off naturally.
Removing them by force may cause hyperpigmentation or scarring.
Sun protection is “absolutely” important☀️
After laser treatment, the skin is highly sensitive to ultraviolet rays.
If the skin is exposed to excessive UV radiation at this time,
it may lead to hyperpigmentation.

✔ Apply sunscreen thoroughly
✔ Use a spray-on sunscreen when going outdoors
✔ Reapply frequently
are recommended.
Because hyperpigmentation may persist for several months or longer,
UV protection after treatment is especially important⚠️
Contact the clinic if these symptoms become severe
If any of the following symptoms become severe,
please contact the clinic promptly.

✔ Severe warmth
✔ Severe itching
✔ Hives
✔ Oozing
✔ Blisters
✔ Allergic reactions
Laser treatment itself is important,
but care during the recovery process is also very important🙂
J-Feel Clinic
provides detailed guidance on aftercare as well✨

The treatment itself is important,
but the early recovery process can determine the results.
Small differences in care
can make a significant difference in the condition of the skin.
