'Between Skinvive and Rejuran, which one is better?

Sometimes I get requests to compare two or more specific treatments, or to recommend which treatment is better.

You may want to hear the answer right away, but first I carefully check the skin in detail before explaining. ^^;

Skinvive is a treatment that injects cross-linked hyaluronic acid between the skin surface and the dermis.

Hyaluronic acid has the property of attracting moisture equivalent to about 1,000 times its own weight, so when it is injected, it holds water in place.

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid means that the hyaluronic acid molecules are interconnected, giving them a characteristic that makes them less easily broken down in the body.

It also contains 0.3% lidocaine, a local anesthetic, which helps reduce pain during the injection.

In one phrase, Skinvive’s effect can be summarized as “powerful hydration.”

Skinvive How Rejuran works and its effects

The main ingredient in Rejuran is polynucleotide (PN).

This ingredient is extracted from salmon DNA, and because its structure is about 95% similar to human DNA, one of its advantages is that it rarely causes immune rejection.

When this PN substance enters the dermis, it stimulates fibroblasts.

Fibroblasts are cells in the skin that produce beneficial components such as collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.

In simple terms, Rejuran can be seen as playing a role in waking up dormant skin cells and encouraging them to work actively.

Its effect can be summarized in one phrase as helping the skin regenerate on its own.

Skin elasticity improves, and skin density increases.

It also has the effect of naturally improving fine lines.

By now, you can probably see that comparing which is better is meaningless, because Skinvive and Rejuran have different roles and effects.

The answer is simply what works for your skin.

From that perspective, you can also increase the effect by receiving both treatments together.
