Hello.
Today, I’d like to share a treatment case of a woman in her 40s who had long been concerned about facial redness.
She said her redness worsened after an intrauterine device insertion procedure five years ago.
She was also worried about laser treatment because she had previously developed a trouble reaction after receiving toning treatment at another clinic and had to stop.
Let’s take a look at how the treatment was actually carried out.
Yeongdeungpo Laser Toning
Skin condition before redness treatment
First, we examined her skin.

-
Significant redness across the entire face
-
In addition to redness, there were areas needing improvement such as pores and acne
-
Sensitive skin that had reacted with breakouts after previous toning treatment
In other words, redness treatment was the most urgent, but because her skin was sensitive, we needed to be careful in choosing lasers, and it was a case where it would be good to improve other concerns such as pores and acne at the same time.

Redness treatment plan
In addition to redness, she had areas that needed improvement such as pores and acne, so we proceeded with a program that allowed two to three types of lasers to be used without restriction.
Since she had previously experienced breakouts after toning treatment, choosing the right laser was important.
So in the beginning, we decided to focus on redness and start treatment with Vbeam, Dermav, and Double Tite.

Vbeam and Dermav are vascular lasers that selectively target dilated blood vessels and are effective for treating redness.
Double Tite also helps improve skin elasticity and the dermal environment, enhancing the effect of redness treatment.
So we approached the treatment with a combination of Vbeam and Double Tite, or Dermav and Double Tite, to help prevent trouble reactions from the vascular laser.
The overall treatment plan was to focus on redness at first, and once the skin stabilized, gradually expand the treatment scope to include pigmentation and pores.

Course of redness treatment
The first and second sessions were done with Vbeam + Double Tite, and the third session was done with Dermav + Double Tite.
In the early stage, we concentrated mainly on vascular lasers so that the redness treatment effect could be maximized.
As a result, by the fourth session, the redness had noticeably decreased, and the patient was very satisfied.
Because the progress was so good, she even agreed to have the case used as a treatment example.
Since the redness had improved significantly, from sessions 7 to 9 we moved on to treating pigmentation and pores.
She was very satisfied with the treatment progress, and decided to continue additional treatments for maintenance and to improve other concerns such as pores and acne.

After 10 treatments over 10 months,
These were the changes observed. She was so satisfied that even people around her commented that her skin had improved.
Today, I shared a case of treating facial redness with laser toning in Yeongdeungpo.
In fact, this patient had been worried about lasers because she experienced trouble after treatment at another clinic in the past.
Because we selected lasers step by step according to her skin condition and expanded the treatment range while monitoring her skin response, her redness could improve without trouble.
Redness is not easy to improve in just one or two treatments, and consistent management is important.
As in this case, if treatment plans are made step by step and carried out according to the skin condition, it is possible to improve not only redness but also combined concerns such as pores and pigmentation.
I hope this case is helpful for those with similar concerns.
