As you look into skin boosters,
there are so many types, such as
Juvelook, Rejuran, and Lituo...
that it can start to feel complicated.
Now that Evercle has also been newly released,
people often say they’re not sure what makes it different.
On top of that, when you look at reviews,
there are comments saying the same skin booster is good, while others say it isn’t,
which makes it even harder to choose.
Skin boosters are similar in that they all aim to
improve the skin,
but depending on the ingredients,
the way they work can be quite different.
The results that follow can be different too.
So today, I’d like to talk about the somewhat unfamiliar
Evercle skin booster.
I’ll explain what kind of effects it can actually have,
based on what the research papers say.

What kind of product is it?
Evercle is a PLLA-based skin booster.

When PLLA is injected into the dermis,
the skin recognizes it as a foreign substance
and triggers a mild inflammatory response.
This inflammatory response is not harmful;
it is closer to a signal for skin regeneration.
The fibroblasts that receive this signal
begin creating new collagen fibers.

PLLA itself is slowly broken down over time,
but the collagen formed in its place
remains in the skin.
In simple terms, even after the ingredient disappears,
the skin ends up in a firmer state.

What are the practical effects?
Then you may be wondering how effective PLLA is
and how long the results last.
In this regard, let’s look at a large clinical study
published in 2026.

This study involved 174 people across four institutions in China,
who were injected with PLLA and then followed for 12 months.
The treated area was temporal hollowing,
but what was confirmed in the results was the collagen-stimulating effect
and durability of the PLLA ingredient itself.
Looking at the before-and-after photos at 1 month, 3 months,
6 months, 9 months, and 12 months after participation,
there was a clear trend of changes becoming more noticeable over time.

There are three points worth noting in the study.
First, at the 6-month evaluation after the procedure,
96.5% of participants in the treatment group showed at least a one-grade improvement.

This stood in contrast to the control group
(the group that did not receive the procedure),
which showed 0% improvement at the same point.
Second, the effects were maintained for up to 12 months.
Volume changes measured through 3D imaging were
stably confirmed from 1 month to 12 months after the procedure,
and participant satisfaction also remained at a high level throughout the year.
Third, there was an interesting pattern of volume change.

The volume increased at 1 month,
slightly decreased at 3 months,
and then increased again, continuing to rise through 12 months.
This pattern shows how PLLA works.
At the beginning, the physical volume of the injected PLLA is visible,
then the volume temporarily decreases as the ingredient breaks down,
and after that, as collagen regeneration begins in earnest,
the volume increases again.
The period around 3 months is often when people worry,
"It seems like the effect went away after a month or two after the procedure,"
but the paper also confirmed through data that this stage is temporary.
Finally, no serious side effects related to PLLA were reported during the study period.

Among 173 people, there were no serious side effects caused by PLLA itself,
except for mild swelling at the injection site,
and there were no changes in blood test results.
What this data shows is that PLLA is an ingredient that does not create a large change all at once,
but instead induces collagen regeneration in the skin over time,
that its effects are maintained for at least one year,
and that its safety has also been confirmed in large-scale clinical trials.
Today, we talked about the relatively recent Evercle skin booster.
Evercle skin booster is best approached as something that changes the skin over time.
That’s because PLLA works not immediately after injection,
but by building collagen over several months,
and the 2- to 3-month period after the procedure,
when changes may feel slow,
is also part of the natural process.
In fact, Evercle has only been on the market for a short time,
so many people may not be familiar with it.
For products like this, I hope you consult thoroughly
and check whether the clinic is planning the procedure based on your skin condition.
