Hello :)
We are Forena Clinic,
a clinic cheering on your healthy dermatology experience!

Iโve shown up again today without forgetting!
I started with the small hope that it would be helpful for all of your skin care, no matter which dermatology clinic you visit,
and now we already have more than 150 neighbors!
Thank you so, so much!
Weโll keep working even harder from here on out!

The procedure weโll look at today is Ulthera!
I think it is one of the more well-known procedures!

What is Ulthera?
Ulthera uses high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)
to provide a non-surgical lifting treatment.
It concentrates energy deep within the skinโs SMAS layer
to promote collagen production and is mainly used to
improve sagging skin and wrinkles.
*What does SMAS layer targeting mean?
Without damaging the skin surface,
ultrasound energy is delivered to the deep SMAS layer within the skin,
causing stretched tissue to contract
and improving elasticity.
The following are things to consider before the procedure!

When thinking about Ulthera
Do any of the following apply to you?
- You are concerned about sagging skin
- You want to improve fine lines and wrinkles
- You want a lifting effect without surgery
- You want overall facial elasticity improvement
- You want to improve skin texture
- The boundary between the jawline and neck is unclear
Please be aware that minor or major side effects may occur depending on the individual,
and before receiving the procedure, be sure to consult with a medical professional and fully understand the possible side effects and precautions before proceeding.

After the procedure
-
Washing your face and applying makeup are possible immediately after the procedure, but it is recommended to use a gentle cleanser.
-
For about 3 days after the procedure, it is recommended to wash your face with lukewarm water so that the ultrasound energy in the skin can be effectively maintained.
-
For about 1 week after the procedure, it is recommended to avoid saunas, drinking alcohol, peeling treatments, and scrubbing products.
-
Redness, warmth, swelling, itching, temporary pain, pimples, hives, and flaking may occur after the procedure. If these symptoms persist for more than 7 days, you should visit the clinic for evaluation.
