Hello! This is Forena Clinic.
Today, we’ll answer several questions about blackheads in one post!

We’ll look at everything from whether removing blackheads really makes pores larger
to whether it is a good idea to use pore strips!

Does removing blackheads make pores larger?

First, if you forcibly remove blackheads and irritate your pores,
they may look larger or actually become larger.
However, basically, if blackheads are not removed and are left untreated,
sebum can continue to build up and cause the pores to become enlarged.
So this may be true, but it is somewhat more helpful to care for and tighten the pores after removal!
You should remove and care for them regularly, or use pore-tightening care, right?

I heard that squeezing blackheads is the cleanest way to remove them. Is that true?
No!!!!!!!
Squeezing blackheads with your hands can irritate the skin
and may cause inflammation, so it is best not to do this!
We recommend gently removing them with cotton swabs or blackhead-removal tools,
or using a pore-cleansing product!
*Cotton swabs and tools should not be used too forcefully either!
If you remove them by squeezing with your hands,
it is difficult to recommend doing so except in special circumstances!

I heard that Vaseline is the best way to remove blackheads. Is that true?
This method may of course be effective, but caution is needed!
Vaseline may help dissolve and remove blackheads,
but it can clog pores and cause acne or additional blackheads.
Therefore, when caring for your skin with Vaseline, use an appropriate amount and method,
and be sure to wash it off thoroughly after use.
It is difficult to say that this is the best method!
We recommend learning the proper method of use and precautions before trying it!

Is using pore strips the best option?
Pore strips may also be helpful, but you should be careful because they can enlarge pores
or cause skin irritation!
Especially if you have sensitive skin or
use pore strips frequently, for the sake of protecting your skin,
you may want to consider less irritating methods besides pore strips,
such as oil cleansing, exfoliation, pore care, or visiting a dermatology clinic.
Do blackheads not need to be removed?
Of course, you do not have to remove them—it is a personal choice—but
if you do not remove them, your pores may become enlarged!
In some cases, inflammation and even severe skin problems may occur,
so please consider your skin condition when deciding!

What dermatological treatments are commonly used to remove blackheads? Are there other types? Are there only four types of Botox?
Aqua Peel and Agnes
These are two representative options,
but there may be other treatments that are suitable for you, so be sure to consult a professional before making a decision!
Today, we looked at various stories about blackheads circulating online.
