A. Natural adhesion and partial incision each create the double eyelid line using different methods.

In the case of the partial incision method, a portion of the skin above the eye is partially incised, removing stretched skin, fat, and muscle layers, and the dermis and fascia are sutured to create the double eyelid line.

By contrast, the natural adhesion method, unlike the existing buried suture method, creates the double eyelid line by inducing adhesion between the eyelid skin and the muscle.

For those with eyelid sagging and little fat in the upper eyelid, if you want a natural-looking line, we recommend natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.
