Hello, I’m Director Lee Bo-hyung of NOTE Plastic Surgery.
Today, I’d like to answer a question many people are curious about
regarding men’s eye surgery.
Q. Is men’s eye surgery different from women’s eye surgery?

A.
In the case of women, they often prefer or undergo non-incisional surgery rather than incisional double-eyelid surgery.
However, for men, incisional double-eyelid surgery is more often recommended than non-incisional surgery.
To create a more defined eye shape, ptosis correction is often performed using an incisional method rather than a non-incisional method,
resulting in a subtle double eyelid that is close to a monolid.
If a non-incisional approach is preferred, and if it is possible, ptosis correction surgery can also be performed non-incisionally.
Since the non-incisional method differs from the incisional method, the double-eyelid line is set as low as possible before performing the surgery.

At NOTE, in the event of an emergency for every surgery patient,
a NOTE hotline connected to medical staff 24 hours a day is provided as standard.
