Hello, this is Director Lee Bohyeong of Note Plastic Surgery.
Today, I’d like to talk about under-eye fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty.
Under-eye fat repositioning vs. lower blepharoplasty

Both procedures work by modifying the fat located under the eyes
to create a more refreshed-looking appearance.

In the case of under-eye fat repositioning, an incision is made through the conjunctiva,
that is, from the inside of the lower eye area,

and, as the name suggests, it is a procedure that removes the necessary fat
and smooths out clustered fat.

Lower blepharoplasty involves making an incision along the lower eyelashes and skin before entering,
and then removing or repositioning fat in the same way.

In addition, it also removes loose muscle and skin,
and lifts and fixes the orbicularis retaining ligament fat and orbicularis oculi muscle,
so it is a surgical method that can provide a more active level of improvement.

Depending on the situation, additional fat grafting
or a midface lift may be performed together
to maximize the effect.
