Can the side profile become beautiful just by having nose surgery?

To make the side profile look clean, the balance of the line connecting the forehead, nose, and chin is important. However, if the nose is low or the midface lacks projection, the side profile can look better simply by bringing the nose forward through rhinoplasty. Another important point here is to improve the area connecting the nose and the mouth (the nasolabial angle) together. If, at the same time as rhinoplasty, the depressed area at the base of the columella is also brought forward through nasolabial angle formation, the E-line is refined and the side profile can be improved even further. Nasolabial angle formation is especially helpful in reducing the prominence of the area around the mouth, so even nose surgery alone can improve the side profile as if lip or chin surgery had been performed. That is why, at our clinic, it is usually performed together with nose surgery.
