Hello. I am Kim Hyung-taek, CEO of KOWON Plastic Surgery, pursuing healthy beauty.
This answer note is about someone who is under severe stress because their nostrils and eyes became uneven after nose surgery.

Q. I had nose surgery, but my eyes and nostrils are uneven...
I had nose surgery 15 days ago.
Before the surgery, the nose had only been done with ear cartilage, and the area between the eyes was almost the same.
The surgery was to improve the deviated septum, insert silicone in the bridge of the nose, and use ear cartilage at the tip of the nose.
But after the surgery, the nostrils became completely different, one eye looks pulled in so much that it seems tightly narrowed, and something like an epicanthic fold appeared.
I’m really going crazy because of my nose..
I feel like I’m going to have a mental breakdownㅠㅠ
The hospital where I had the surgery just says it’s because of swelling, and it’s really frustrating.
They only say to come back in a month, and the price was expensive.. the result is like this, and they didn’t provide any aftercare at all.
I really made up my mind and had revision surgery, but the result is like this.. I’m cryingㅠㅠㅠ
Will the hospital refund me or do revision surgery for me?

First of all, if the area between the eyebrows is not very high, having nose surgery does not make the space between the eyes look narrower.
Therefore, please observe the area between the eyes for a certain period of time.
As for the nostrils looking different, if after the swelling goes down it appears that the current shape is continuing, please tell the hospital where you had the surgery.
Since it has been about two weeks since the surgery, this is a time when some correction may be possible as time passes, so please watch it a little longer with some leeway, and if the problem continues later, please consult with the doctor who performed the surgery.
I hope for a good result.
