After my first nose surgery, the tip of my nose drooped and the bridge was low, so I had revision surgery right away. Because both pieces of cartilage were used, I was told that rib cartilage nose surgery was the only way to do another revision. Is there any other way to lift the nose tip?

Also, I couldn’t see inside my nose well, so I didn’t notice it at first, but at the incision site on the nasal columella, and inside the nostril, something like a thread was sticking out. When I touched it, it felt rough. A few days later, a blue suture came out.

Can this happen? Because of this, the incision area inside my nostril bulged out like a pimple.

Should I complain to the hospital??

Lastly, I had double eyelid revision surgery with an incision method, and it ended up uneven. So I had surgery again after being told they would make only one side match with the non-incision method, but it still does not match. I asked them to redo both sides, but they said the surgery would only be done if I paid about 600,000 won. It looks like an in-out line now—can it be redone with an incision method to make it an outer line?

It seems that what you mean by both cartilage being used is ear cartilage. First, if all the ear cartilage has been used, there is a method of using the septal cartilage inside the nose. However, if the septal cartilage has also all been used, rib cartilage nose surgery must be performed.
