Also, the nose appears crooked, the bridge has a slightly curved line with some bends, and the nasal tip looks a little long. So it would be better to open the nose, insert septal cartilage into the nasal tip, and lift the nose slightly upward while removing the hump so that the bridge can have a smooth line.

To do that, the septum depressor muscle should be cut to prevent the nasal tip from drooping when smiling.
