Q. Nostril Reduction Surgery? Reducing Nose Width? I Want to Improve My Broad, Bulbous Nose!

I’m thinking about nostril reduction surgery, but I feel like my alae are turned upward, and my nose feels broad and bulbous.

I went in for consultations, and I was told that if I have an external incision, there’s a high chance it will look very obvious and the nostrils may look unnatural..ㅠ So they said they do not recommend nostril reduction surgery..

This is a case of a nose with a very wide tip and a columella that has been pulled inward.
