It has been three weeks since I had nose surgery.

The swelling went down much faster than other people’s and I felt fine, so I drank alcohol twice after the surgery.

But on the first day, it didn’t hurt. On the second day, after drinking alcohol following the nose surgery, maybe because I felt guilty, I have a pulling sensation at the tip of my nose.

There are no symptoms such as the nose tip turning red, but the tip just feels like it is pulling...

Still, nothing has actually happened.

Should I go to the hospital, or would it be better to go to a pharmacy and buy medicine to prevent nasal inflammation?

It is still not the time to drink alcohol or smoke after nose surgery.

If inflammation develops, the silicone inside the nose may need to be removed, so you should refrain from drinking and smoking for as long as possible, ideally for 1 to 2 months.

If it becomes red, swollen, and painful, you should go to the hospital right away. But if it is only a mild pulling sensation, please observe it for now.

This is a surgical case of someone who had been concerned about a bulbous nose. The skin was thick, and especially the tip of the nose had a lot of flesh.

After alar trimming, you can see that the bulky appearance of the nose tip improved compared with before.

This patient had nasal filler, and after dissolving the filler, we performed nose reduction surgery.
