I’m contacting you because I’d like a consultation about my nose condition.

As you can see, my nose has almost no boundary line whether viewed from the front or the side.

From the side, the area that should be recessed seems to protrude instead,

and because the nose overall lacks firmness, the center of my face looks flat.

In particular, my nasal fatty layer is noticeably thicker than other people’s,

so the tip looks blunt and dull,

and the entire nasal line looks softened, with no sharpness at all.

In photos, the shadow at the tip almost never appears depending on the lighting,

and the line from the bridge to the tip feels like it is merged into one.

Because of that, my face looks larger, and I often hear that it lacks dimension.

In the photo, you can see that the bridge of the nose is bent to the right.

We decided to perform osteotomy together to correct the crooked nose.

The nose tip does not look particularly thick, but it does appear spread out, which is clearly visible in the photo taken from below.

The tip cartilage was spread out, and to improve this, we performed tip cartilage tying, which is a key part of tip surgery, to lift it.

This can effectively reduce the spread-out appearance, similar to what is seen in bulbous nose surgery.

The slightly downward and elongated appearance of the tip from the front is improved by correcting the depressor septi nasi muscle.

Also, because this person naturally has a high bridge, silicone was not used, and a surgery without an implant was performed.

When the nostrils flare out, many people think nostril reduction must always be done,
