Today, I will introduce a case of a patient who underwent both removal of existing nose threads and secondary nose reshaping at a well-known revision nose surgery clinic.

During the consultation process, this male patient said that he had previously undergone a petite nose procedure called Bayeko and had also experienced semi-permanent filler treatment.

However, he was concerned that his nose tip looked short and blunt on his face, making his overall appearance seem plain.

His brow bone was relatively high overall, so the bridge area itself was not especially low, but because the shape appeared sunken, it looked lower than it actually was.
