Therefore, non-surgical procedures can increase revision rhinoplasty costs during the removal process, and depending on the patient’s condition, the threads may also be tangled in the tissue.

In this patient’s case, all of the tangled and clumped threads needed to be removed.

Comparing the before and after surgery, the nose bridge became more defined and the drooping nose tip was lifted, enhancing the three-dimensional look of the face.

As a result, the face gained a more feminine and glamorous impression, and the eyes that had looked protruding were also improved.

Through the surgery to raise the nose bridge, the bridge that had a bend became smoother, and as the bridge line was restored, the overall impression clearly changed.

After removing all of the inserted threads, this patient received only a slight correction to the nose tip and achieved a natural result.

In this way, surgery to raise the nose bridge can be done without using silicone, and the burden of revision rhinoplasty costs can be reduced.

In addition, the nostrils that had spread outward on both sides were improved into a narrower and more refined shape by combining nose tip cartilage tying and septal extension.
