The woman in today’s case also had a typical bulbous nose with a wide and low nasal tip,

and through consultation, we proceeded with a natural and harmonious bulbous-nose alar reduction.

Looking at the photo, the nasal tip cartilages were spread outward on both sides, making it appear that alar reduction surgery was necessary.

This woman wanted a non-artificial, soft line through nose surgery near Gangnam Station,
